Our Team

Javier Rincon, Principal – Over 20 years in Leadership roles with Macy’s Inc, Walmart Stores, Inc & Ross Stores, Inc.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from USC and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University.  Javier is also a member of SHRM and has certifications such as: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Strategic thinking, Human Resources Law, the Leadership Architect, and Targeted Selection Interviewer


Jason Hudson, Senior Placement Partner - Over 20 years in Retail Management and Recruiting for retail, finance, health & wellness.  He attended the University of Arkansas majoring in Business Management. Jason is certified in Human Resource Employment Practice and Law.


Kaleb Allee, HR Business Partner – Over 10 years in Human Resources and Customer advocacy in retail and education.  He attended the University of Arkansas majoring in Human Resources Development. Kaleb is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP.


Margaret Durr, HR Business Partner-Over 20 years experience in Leadership and Development roles with several Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., J.B. Hunt Transport Inc., Safeway, Inc., Sunbeam, Neutrogena, GE Plastics, Bombardier, Corning, and Anheuser-Busch as an internal and external consultant.  She has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Margaret is a member of SHRM,  SIOP and APA with certifications such as PHR, Meyers-Briggs, Birkman, and Front Line Leadership Facilitation (Achieve Global). She has broad expertise in assessment, competency models, talent management, succession planning, coaching, selection, human resource management, and team work.
